Your school’s participation and program choices are confirmed locally. Mention your network when you contact us, and we’ll check the agreement that applies to your site.
What does an existing corporate agreement mean?
It can establish program and revenue-sharing terms before we start the local planning conversation. For example, YAU’s March 2026 update reduced Ivybrook Academy’s guaranteed school share to $50 per program day. We confirm the current agreement and all applicable terms for your school before launch.

Start with ages or grades, the program you have in mind, and a useful time window. You do not need a finished plan.

Confirm format, space and material needs, staffing, family communication, enrollment rules, pricing, and any school contribution.

Give everyone the same information
Coordinate the registration path, schedule, arrival and pickup responsibilities, and how changes will be communicated before launch.
Useful questions before you commit
Which ages and grades can participate?
Super Soccer Stars: daycare groups start at age 2 and continue through ages 5+. After-school programs serve kindergarten through 6th grade, with groups planned around the children participating.
Little Medical School: children in kindergarten through 5th grade can learn together in the same classroom. Share your enrollment and age mix so we can help choose the right course.
How much space or equipment do we need?
Think of the space you already have. For example, a gym, multipurpose room, or usable outdoor play area is a starting point for a Soccer Stars space conversation. A classroom gives Little Medical School a setting for hands-on activities and role-play.
Soccer Stars typically supplies class equipment; Little Medical School instructors bring the activity materials. We’ll review the actual room or outdoor area, group size, and any setup needs together before launch. No need to guess a square-footage requirement.
Can programs be rescheduled?
Ongoing, year-round programs: if we need to cancel a class, the families receive a credit toward the following month. Directors do not need to find another day or rearrange the school calendar for a makeup.
Seasonal programs: we work with your school to reschedule cancelled classes. We agree on the calendar and makeup arrangements for your session.
How do school contributions work?
Some corporate school groups have an existing agreement with Youth Athletes United. Tell us your school name and network so we can confirm the applicable program and revenue-sharing terms together. Independent schools can discuss an arrangement directly with our team.
Can students try a class first?
Soccer Stars and Karate Zoo offer free trials at published partner-school and public-enrollment locations. School enrollment or membership requirements still apply. Arrange the next step with the local team.
