A parent or guardian must come to the field for pickup and signout. Coaches will not dismiss a player to adults waiting in their vehicles. Thank you for helping us protect every player.
Where do students meet?
1st–5th graders meet directly on the field to sign in with Sideline Support.
Kindergarteners, including those in aftercare, are collected by a Sideline Support volunteer at the front office and escorted to the field.
What if my child attends aftercare?
Aftercare students first check in with aftercare staff before heading to the field and signing in with Sideline Support. Kindergarteners follow the front-office escort process above. After practice, all aftercare students are escorted back to aftercare staff.
Pack for practice
What does my player need?
- Sneakers or cleats
- Sneakers, including soccer turf sneakers, or cleats work for practices and games. If your child wears cleats to practice, they should be able to change into them and tie their own laces so practice can start on time.
- Shin guards
- Recommended for practice. Required for game days.
- Comfortable socks
- Long socks are optional. Short socks are fine if your child prefers them.
- A full water bottle
- Players have regular water breaks during practice. Coaches will help make sure everyone starts with full water bottles.

Jerseys will be distributed at mid-season festival check-in or during the week leading up to the festival, depending on delivery dates.

Returning families whose players do not need a jersey for Fall 2026 can use REUSEJERSEY at checkout to save $35 per player.
Be part of the team
Help on the sideline.
One child plays tuition-free.
We’re looking for two parents from each school to serve as Sideline Support volunteers. Help during the six practices and attend one training session, and receive free seasonal tuition for one child. The jersey fee still applies.
What does Sideline Support do?
- Assist with check-in and check-out.
- Help children who need a break.
- Support bathroom breaks.
No coaching required. Your help lets our coaches focus on coaching.

Weather changes & makeups.
If training is cancelled, we’ll send an email or text notification. There are two weeks of buffer built into the schedule for makeup training days. Makeups may take place after the season finale.

Meet the standard
Are the coaches parent volunteers?
No. All our coaches are US Soccer Federation licensed, fully background checked, and thoroughly trained to create a high-quality experience. Parent Sideline Support volunteers help with the practical details around practice.
